The political organization maintains that current methods are insufficient and has harshly questioned the practice of so-called shootouts, advocating for an approach based on structural legal reforms, technological control, and a new vision for the penitentiary system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Towards a new security and family policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The FNP&#8217;s proposal is structured around several fundamental axes, highlighting the implementation of a mandatory military and social service for young people, with the aim of fostering discipline and social integration. Likewise, they propose the creation of a Ministry of Family and Social Welfare, which would replace the current ministries of Women and Youth, placing the family unit as the central axis of public policies and the recovery of community recreation spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The organization emphasizes that it is imperative to transition from the physical elimination of alleged criminals toward a robust legal framework that dismantles organized crime and drug trafficking structures through the strategic use of Enemy Criminal Law, always while respecting the Constitution.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key proposals in the judicial and technological field<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Special jurisdiction:<\/strong> Creation of a national body dedicated exclusively to high-risk crimes, such as terrorism, money laundering, human trafficking, and corruption.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cyber Shield:<\/strong> Legislation to protect minors from harmful content and combat the use of new technologies by criminal organizations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prison control:<\/strong> Absolute blocking of telephone signals in detention centers and increased oversight on the sale of mobile devices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Procedural reform:<\/strong> Adjustments to the Code of Criminal Procedure to toughen sanctions for violent crimes and review extradition and plea bargain policies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arms regulation:<\/strong> Modification of the current law to facilitate the carrying and possession of firearms for trained citizens with the proper legal permits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding financial and migratory matters, the FNP proposes that intelligence authorities pay special attention to remittances and transfers sent from abroad to foreign citizens, regardless of their migratory status.
