In the province of Samaná, the impact of social policies translates into transformed life stories. Recently, David Reyes, a resident of the area, was the protagonist of a day filled with hope upon receiving the keys to his new home, built from scratch by initiative of the Presidency of the Republic.

For Reyes, this housing project represents much more than a physical structure; it is the fundamental pillar that guarantees the security and peace of mind of his family unit. After years of waiting, the beneficiary expressed his deep gratitude upon seeing the realization of a dream that, for a long time, seemed unattainable.

Receiving this house means the beginning of a new chapter. It is the security of having a decent home where my family can grow with well-being and hope.
David Reyes, project beneficiary

Commitment to community development

These actions are part of a government effort focused on addressing the most pressing needs of vulnerable communities, seeking to improve the quality of life for citizens throughout the national territory.

The delivery featured the participation of key figures in the execution of these social programs, including:

- Héctor Luis Bautista, Vice President of the Presidential Commission for Neighborhood Development Support.

- Melfin Bautista, Head of Operations at PROPEEP.

From Alofoke Deportes, we highlight how these types of social initiatives positively impact the social fabric, turning the dreams of Dominican families into tangible realities. Each home delivered is a reflection of a commitment to dignify those who need it most, thus writing a new page in the history of each beneficiary household.
