The court imposed a one-year prison sentence, which has been suspended in its entirety under specific conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conviction and compensation details<\/h3>\n\n<p>The court ruling determined that Mart\u00ednez must make a payment of RD$2 million as compensation to the official, thus compensating for the moral and material damages caused by the statements issued through his YouTube channel.
