The judicial process concluded this Tuesday with the defendant&#8217;s admission of guilt.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conviction details<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Deprivation of liberty:<\/strong> A one-year prison sentence was handed down, the execution of which has been fully suspended.<\/li><li><strong>Financial compensation:<\/strong> The court ordered Mart\u00ednez to pay RD$2 million in compensation to the official for the moral and material damages caused.<\/li><li><strong>Judicial restriction:<\/strong> As part of the measures imposed, he is prohibited from making social media posts that make direct reference to the Minister of Interior and Police.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>The case, which was in the trial stage, reached its final resolution after the defendant admitted to the facts before the court.
