I dropped the ball and it ended up in a pretty decent position and I just wanted to make sure I got there. Yeah, it just happened that I holed it. I don&#8217;t know if I&#8217;ll be able to do it again. It just all happened quickly.<\/p><cite>Grace Kim<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nKim&#8217;s epic victory secured Australia a second consecutive major, after Lee won the Women&#8217;s PGA Championship just three weeks ago.\n\nAfter closing with a 67 for a total of 270 strokes, 14 under par, Kim beat Lee &#8211; who closed with a 68 &#8211; by one stroke.\n\nRuffels and England&#8217;s Cara Gainer, a former tennis player, faded quickly with four bogeys in the first five holes.\n\nFor Kim, a four-time winner of the Karrie Webb scholarship, which has given her the opportunity to learn from the greatest Australian champion, it was a victory that could change her life.\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>It&#8217;s a great achievement for me. I had many doubts at the beginning of this year. I was losing motivation. I had to have some difficult conversations with the team. Yes, I had to wake up a bit.
