This approach seeks to pave the way for the restoration of diplomatic and consular relations between both nations, which had been suspended since January 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p>Through his official channels, the Paraguayan president described the meeting in Caracas as a workday based on mutual respect. The central objective of these conversations is to prioritize the well-being of the citizens and strengthen regional collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work agenda in Caracas<\/h3>\n\n<p>During their visit to the Miraflores Palace, Pe\u00f1a and Rodr\u00edguez addressed an agenda of strategic issues for both countries.
