As he explained, the budgetary strategy prioritizes capital expenditure over current expenditure, ensuring a reasonable fiscal deficit and greater execution capacity in strategic projects.<\/p>\n\n
- Education:<\/strong> A 4% GDP commitment is guaranteed, focused on the 2034 Decennial Plan and the expansion of school transportation.<\/li>
- Health:<\/strong> Continuity in the completion of strategic hospitals and strengthening of Primary Care Units.<\/li>
- Infrastructure:<\/strong> Promotion of key works such as the Santiago Monorail, the expansion of Line 2 of the Santo Domingo Metro, and sanitation projects.<\/li>
- Security:<\/strong> Budgetary reinforcement for the Judiciary, border security, and the penitentiary system.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n

National Land Use Planning Plan<\/h2>\n\n
In addition to the budget item, the Council of Ministers reviewed the preliminary draft of the National Land Use Planning Law. This initiative seeks to organize land use at the national level based on criteria of sustainability, risk management, and adaptation to climate change, aligning with Law 368-22.<\/p>\n\n
