Among the most notable prohibitions are:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prohibition of the use of AI to meet social needs or simulate emotional relationships, companionship, or friendship with students.<\/li><li>Total restriction on the use of AI for completing assignments, assessments, or graded tasks within academic programs.<\/li><li>Prohibition of tools with anthropomorphic design that seek to foster constant interaction between the student and the system.<\/li><li>Challenge to any technology designed to monitor behavior or create psychological profiles of students.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the regulations establish that any implementation of these tools will require prior parental consent. The unease has been fueled by warnings from industry experts regarding the accelerated development of these systems and their potential long-term repercussions.<\/p>\n\n<p>While prominent figures in the technology sector have called for slowing down the advancement of AI due to potential risks, the American political landscape shows diverse positions.
