These actions resulted in the arrest of four individuals and the seizure of firearms, controlled substances, and equipment used for illegal gambling.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operations in Peravia<\/h3>\n\n<p>In the Peravia province, officers from the South Central Regional Intelligence Sub-directorate (DINTEL) carried out three simultaneous raids in the Paya and Mata Gorda sectors. As a result of these interventions, two people were arrested and dangerous weaponry was successfully removed from the streets:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A .25 caliber pistol, Lorcin brand.<\/li><li>A 9 millimeter caliber pistol with its magazine and 13 cartridges.<\/li><li>An additional magazine for a 9 millimeter Glock pistol.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Decisive actions in San Crist\u00f3bal<\/h3>\n\n<p>On the other hand, in the municipality of Haina, San Crist\u00f3bal province, authorities intensified the fight against micro-trafficking. DICRIM agents managed to catch Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez P\u00e9rez, 23, in the act while he was operating a drug sales point. At the time of his arrest, a backpack containing marijuana, crack, and cocaine was confiscated from him, in addition to a scale and cash.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The authorities maintain a constant deployment throughout the national territory to dismantle structures dedicated to illicit activities that affect the tranquility of the communities.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>In additional operations carried out by DINTEL in the same area of Haina, a fourth suspect was arrested. In this procedure, agents seized a significant quantity of narcotics, including 70 portions of alleged crack cocaine, in addition to dismantling four slot machines that were operating irregularly.<\/p>\n\n<p>All detainees, along with the collected evidence, were handed over to the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office for the required legal procedures.
