In a solemn ceremony held this Wednesday, the Senate of the Dominican Republic granted a special recognition to Monsignor Ram\u00f3n Benito de la Rosa y Carpio, honoring his long career of service, his dedication to the Catholic Church, and his significant contributions to the strengthening of values in Dominican society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
