The issue, caused by a technical failure at the Garc\u00eda Saleta substation, resulted in a power loss in the catenary that forced the limitation of normal train movement in a specific section of the network.<\/p>\n\n<p>According to the official report issued by the institution, the incident was recorded at approximately 6:47 in the evening.
