This clarification comes after a series of rumors suggested an alleged judicial persecution against the communicator.<\/p>\n\n
During his appearance on the program Esto No es Radio Show, Mart\u00ednez Brito explained that the documentation that went viral on social media and other digital outlets is a fabrication. According to the jurist, the files used to manufacture the news story correspond to a legal case unrelated to the journalist.<\/p>\n\n
Faced with the proliferation of unfounded versions, businessman Santiago Mat\u00edas requested a formal investigation to determine the veracity of the facts. Following inquiries made with the Attorney General’s Office and the National District Prosecutor’s Office, official bodies denied any judicial requirement against the communicator.
