The trial on the merits was postponed until this Wednesday, September 16, after a health issue was reported by one of the defendants in the case.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Third Collegiate Court of the National District, in charge of hearing the case at the Ciudad Nueva Palace of Justice, has rescheduled the hearing for 9:00 in the morning. This court, which recently dismissed the requests for the extinction of criminal action presented by the defense, now seeks to expedite the process.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hearing schedule defined<\/h2>\n\n<p>With the aim of effectively advancing the knowledge of the case file, the judicial authorities have established a fixed work agenda. The court has determined that the hearings will be held under the following schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Session days: Monday and Wednesday.<\/li><li>Schedule: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The court will resume proceedings this Wednesday, continuing the judicial process derived from the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office investigation into the actions taken during the previous government administration.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>The case, which keeps various financial and administrative operations of the previous administration under scrutiny, continues to be one of the most legally relevant topics in the country.
