The incident took place on Luis Mar\u00eda King Avenue, when the vehicle in which they were traveling collided violently with an electric utility pole.<\/p>\n\n<p>The victims were identified as Jes\u00fas Manuel Santos Osoria, popularly known in the area as &#8220;Jes\u00fas Cari\u00f1o&#8221;, and his teenage son, Emmanuel Santos V\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event details<\/h3>\n\n<p>According to preliminary reports, both were traveling in a Hyundai Sonata vehicle. For reasons that are still being investigated by the competent authorities, the driver lost control of the unit, which resulted in the fatal impact against the concrete structure.<\/p>\n\n<p>Upon arriving at the scene of the accident, emergency services and local authorities confirmed that, due to the magnitude of the crash, both occupants lost their lives instantly.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A dismayed community<\/h3>\n\n<p>Jes\u00fas Manuel Santos Osoria, a resident of the R\u00edo Mar sector, was known in the area for his cheerful character and hardworking spirit.
