According to the plaintiff&#8217;s lawyers, there is an evident discrepancy between what is argued to the media and what was actually presented before the judge during the judicial hearing.<\/p>\n\n<p>The family&#8217;s lawyer emphasized that, during the court proceedings, the defendant did not deny having used a bat to strike Contreras Medina.
