The Public Prosecutor’s Office has formally requested the imposition of pretrial detention against N\u00fa\u00f1ez de Le\u00f3n. This request is based on the clear flight risk posed by the defendant, arguing that he left the national territory immediately after the incident occurred.<\/p>\n\n
According to the official investigation, the events date back to last July 1st at a ballpark in the Los Praditos sector. The tragedy originated from a commercial transaction agreed upon for the delivery of an iPhone 15 Pro Max, in which Joan Manuel Jim\u00e9nez Medina is also implicated, identified by the authorities as the recipient of the money paid by the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n
