This strategic movement seeks to consolidate internal support ahead of the future processes of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM).<\/p>\n\n<p>The event, held at the UTESA Convention Center, marked a key turning point for the organization, where the councilman for district 1, Esmeily Espinal, was sworn in as the new coordinator of this regional structure. Espinal, who has an outstanding track record in the PRM youth and experience in zonal coordination, assumes this new role to strengthen Collado&#8217;s presence in the province.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A strategic territorial deployment<\/h3>\n\n<p>The new structure covers nine strategic zones of the municipality, integrating leaders from key communities such as Hoya del Caimito, Villa Progreso, Cerros de Gurabo, El Ejido, Gurabo, Cecara, La Gallera, Ensanche Bol\u00edvar, Yag\u00fcita de El Ejido, and Buena Vista.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">District by district, zone by zone, and leader by leader, no one beats David Collado in structure in Santiago.
