The event, which takes place from September 11 to 13 at the \u00c1gora Mall facilities, brings together the main exponents of the industry to pay tribute to the quality of local cocoa.<\/p>\n\n<p>This edition stands out for its focus on promoting the industrialization of national cocoa. The main objective is to strengthen the value chain, encouraging the export of finished products instead of just raw materials, taking advantage of the prestige that our cocoa already possesses in international markets.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience and variety for cocoa lovers<\/h2>\n\n<p>More than 18 Dominican chocolate brands are participating in this edition, offering attendees a direct window into the artisanal and industrial production process. The program has been designed to provide a comprehensive experience that includes:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Specialized tastings of various types of chocolate.<\/li><li>Tastings of cocoa-derived products.<\/li><li>Cooking shows with expert chefs.<\/li><li>Educational and recreational activities aimed at children.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>This festival is a fundamental platform to recognize the Dominican Association of Chocolate Makers (ADOCHOCO) and all the entrepreneurs who work day by day to raise the standards of our chocolate production.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A joint effort by the local industry<\/h2>\n\n<p>The inauguration of the event was attended by key figures from the business sector, representatives of the European Union, delegates from the Indian embassy, and authorities from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs (MICM). Collaboration between these sectors is vital for the sustained growth of the industry.<\/p>\n\n<p>The organization of the event is the result of a strategic alliance between the Dominican Environmental Consortium, the International Trade Center, \u00c1gora Mall, Medi\u00e1ticos Consultores en Comunicaci\u00f3n, and the MICM.
