The working session was led by the Vice Minister of Decentralization and Participation, Juan Est\u00e9vez, who met with regional and district authorities to outline the roadmap toward more efficient management.<\/p>\n\n<p>The main objective of this meeting was to provide those responsible for educational centers with the necessary tools to manage assigned resources with transparency and technical rigor, thus guaranteeing better functioning of school institutions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pillars of training<\/h2>\n\n<p>During the session, the regional director of Education, Jorge Antonio De Los Santos, urged those present to integrate the knowledge shared into their daily work, underlining the importance of continuous training. The central topics addressed during the day included:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processes for the formation and restructuring of educational boards.<\/li>\n<li>Protocols for the opening and efficient management of bank accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic administration of allocated funds.<\/li>\n<li>Technical training for administrative staff.<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in the creation of the Annual Operating Plan (POA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>This initiative seeks to provide school boards with greater tools to manage resources efficiently, in an organized manner, and transparently, as part of the decentralization process of the educational system.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commitment to decentralization<\/h2>\n\n<p>The initiative is not limited only to training, but also contemplates the strengthening of technical and administrative support.
