Following the suspension of the scheduled hearing, judicial authorities have set a new date for October 13th, issuing a clear warning: the failure of those involved to appear could result in the issuance of arrest warrants.<\/p>\n\n
Although the communicators’ defense argued that their presence was not indispensable at this stage of the process, the Public Prosecutor’s Office was emphatic in establishing that their appearance will be mandatory in the next summons. The legal action, filed by Carlos Julio Mart\u00ednez, Francisco Dur\u00e1n, and Enrique Vallejo, originated on April 16, 2026.
