During the celebration of the 38th Fellowship Luncheon, held on the occasion of the entity’s 64th anniversary, Del R\u00edo Do\u00f1\u00e9 reiterated that the fundamental aspects of the code have already been agreed upon and must remain intact.<\/p>\n\n

Beyond the controversy over the labor reform, the union leader took advantage of the stage to highlight the CASC’s historical trajectory in defending the rights of the working class, social security, and trade union freedom. Del R\u00edo Do\u00f1\u00e9 underscored the importance of maintaining the organization’s independence from political, governmental, or business interests.<\/p>\n\n
The union leader emphasized that, while investment is a necessary engine for the nation’s progress, economic development is unattainable without a climate of social stability.<\/p>\n\n
