Authorities point to Capell\u00e1n for his alleged responsibility in crimes of physical and psychological abuse, in addition to the alleged exploitation through forced labor and services. These actions were reportedly perpetrated against minors who were staying at a property linked to the Restaurando Vida \u201cUn Muerto que Revive\u201d Foundation, located in the municipality of Bajos de Haina.<\/p>\n\n
The Public Prosecutor’s Office has formally requested the imposition of pretrial detention for the defendant.
