{"id":157331,"date":"2026-09-10T10:11:28","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T14:11:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alofokedeportes.com\/en\/sin-categoria\/court-hears-coercion-measure-against-the-pastor-for-child-abuse\/"},"modified":"2026-09-10T10:11:28","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T14:11:28","slug":"court-hears-coercion-measure-against-the-pastor-for-child-abuse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alofokedeportes.com\/en\/national\/court-hears-coercion-measure-against-the-pastor-for-child-abuse\/","title":{"rendered":"Court hears coercion measure against The Pastor for child abuse"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Justice in San Crist\u00f3bal: Coercive measure hearing begins against &#8220;The Pastor&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n<p>This Wednesday, the Permanent Attention Office of San Crist\u00f3bal is holding the hearing to consider the request for coercive measures against \u00c1ngel Gabriel Capell\u00e1n, popularly known as &#8220;El Pastor&#8221; or &#8220;Capell\u00e1n.&#8221; The defendant faces serious accusations from the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office related to physical and psychological abuse, as well as the imposition of forced labor on minors.<\/p>\n\n<p>The case, which has generated a great impact on the community, focuses on the activities carried out on a property linked to the Restaurando Vida Foundation, called &#8220;A Dead Man Who Revives,&#8221; located in the municipality of Bajos de Haina.
