Likewise, the lawsuit includes the plane&#8217;s pilots, who were treated after the incident and subsequently discharged from medical care.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Causes identified in the investigation<\/h2>\n\n<p>The legal documentation argues that the tragedy was the result of a series of operational and structural failures. Among the key points highlighted by the plaintiff are:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alleged human errors by the crew.<\/li><li>Deficiencies in staff training and qualification.<\/li><li>The use of a 32-year-old Boeing 767-300 model aircraft.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chronology of the tragedy<\/h2>\n\n<p>The incident took place around 14:00 local time on Sunday. The aircraft, which was covering the route from Luis Mu\u00f1oz Mar\u00edn International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, veered off the landing strip.
