Beyond the playing diamond, the project contemplates a “master plan” that could include hotels, shopping plazas, and residential projects. The goal is to transform the surroundings of Ensanche La Fe, generating a positive impact on the local economy and the property value of neighboring sectors such as Cristo Rey, La Agustina, Naco, and Arroyo Hondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
