On this special occasion, the Villa Juana entity paid an emotional tribute to one of its most iconic figures: the immortal of Dominican sports, Jos\u00e9 \u201cBoy\u00f3n\u201d Dom\u00ednguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The distinction celebrates more than five decades of uninterrupted trajectory of Dom\u00ednguez at the club. From his beginnings as an athlete in the children’s, youth, and senior categories, to his consolidation as a coach and current president, \u201cBoy\u00f3n\u201d has become the ultimate benchmark of Maurician values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nTo talk about Mauricio B\u00e1ez for me is to talk about my life because I arrived here as a child. I am a Maurician and I carry it in my blood.<\/p>\nJos\u00e9 \u201cBoy\u00f3n\u201d Dom\u00ednguez<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the basketball courts, the Mauricio B\u00e1ez has established itself as a center for human and social development. Don Leo Corpor\u00e1n, founder and advisor of the institution, highlighted Dom\u00ednguez’s selfless work, underscoring how his evolution from player to mentor has positively impacted generations of young people who are now prominent professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Corpor\u00e1n pointed out that, although forging an institution of this caliber over 63 years has been a constant challenge, the key to success has resided in unity, collective work, and the unconditional dedication of its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, C\u00e9sar Amaury Heredia Guerra, a club executive, emphasized that the organization’s longevity would be meaningless if it did not maintain an unalterable ethical line. \u201cTimes, generations, and circumstances may change, but our principles cannot change,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
