This legislative initiative is the result of the merger of two proposals previously submitted by deputies Liz Adriana Mieses D\u00edaz and Jorge Manuel Zorrilla Gonz\u00e1lez, who unified efforts to consolidate this regulation in the pre-university education system.<\/p>\n\n
Legislator Liz Adriana Mieses highlighted the importance of this measure, underscoring that the main objective is to provide students with tools that foster respect for institutions, social responsibility, and love for the homeland. According to the congresswoman, the focus should not be limited solely to professional preparation, but also to the formation of exemplary citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n

The project seeks for the teaching of this subject to transcend government administrations, becoming a State policy that guarantees its permanence over the years.
