De Le\u00f3n, who assumed the position on March 19, 2025, by appointment of President Luis Abinader, stated that his departure is due to the impossibility of fulfilling his responsibilities under current conditions. According to his statements, the consulate in Hamburg faces operational deficiencies that prevent proper management.<\/p>\n\n
