During a press conference, Santos took the Rafaela Jimini\u00e1n Cruz school as a critical case, where technical inspections revealed serious structural irregularities. Among the most concerning findings are the presence of drains located under the building, the proximity to a stream, and the evident deterioration of support elements, which show severe corrosion and instability.<\/p>\n\n

In light of the detected vulnerability, the governor reported that a comprehensive evaluation plan has been launched in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Housing, and the Santiago City Council. The objective is to supervise both new buildings and those in the completion phase to correct deficiencies in time.<\/p>\n\n\n
