Dominican talent continues to shine on international stages. On this occasion, the outstanding producer Axel Rafael Quezada Fulgencio, known artistically as Ghetto, celebrated an important recognition by winning the award in the “Best Dance Track” category for the song “Yapaque,” performed by Greeicy and Farruko.<\/p>\n\n
The event, held recently in Andalusia, Spain, served as a platform to highlight the work of Ghetto, who was part of the co-production team that brought this successful musical track to life, once again consolidating his creative capacity within the global industry.<\/p>\n\n\n

The creation of “Yapaque” was the result of a synergy between various figures in urban music. The creative process involved figures such as Keityn, J Cross, Steve Aoki, ANG, K4G, La Nube, and Sharo Towers, under the backing of Massivo Records and Sony Music Latin. This award reinforces the solid working relationship that Ghetto and Farruko have maintained since 2019, an alliance that has delivered multiple hits to the audience.<\/p>\n\n
A year of success and cultural expansion<\/h3>\n\n
Beyond this award, Ghetto has had a 2024 full of significant projects. Among them stands out the EP “Manda la plena moh”, a production that pays a heartfelt tribute to the music of Panama, exploring its roots and the essence of the urban genre.<\/p>\n\n
The impact of this work has transcended music, reaching the screen through a documentary available on the Vix platform.
