This initiative, developed in a strategic alliance with the Father Rogelio Cruz Foundation, reached more than 200 low-income families.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A direct impact on households<\/h3>\n\n<p>The activity was focused on providing practical solutions to older adults, people with disabilities, and citizens in situations of extreme vulnerability. The beneficiaries received essential household items, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wheelchairs and technical aids.<\/li>\n<li>Basic household appliances: refrigerators, stoves, and televisions.<\/li>\n<li>Furniture: living room and dining room sets.<\/li>\n<li>Beds to improve the beneficiaries&#8217; rest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>The delivery was led by the deputy director of DASAC, Francisco Garc\u00eda, representing the general director, Edgar Augusto F\u00e9liz Arbona, together with the renowned Father Rogelio Cruz. Prior to this day, an exhaustive data collection was carried out to identify the real needs of each household, ensuring that the assistance was effective and dignified.<\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Behind every delivery is a family waiting for an answer and an institution committed to serving, as President Luis Abinader and our director Edgar F\u00e9liz have always instructed us. It is an honor to carry out this work alongside Father Rogelio Cruz, a man dedicated to these communities that today receive this support with much love.<\/p><cite>Francisco Garc\u00eda, Deputy Director of DASAC<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social commitment and future vision<\/h3>\n\n<p>For his part, Father Rogelio Cruz highlighted the social sensitivity shown by the DASAC management, underscoring that this support represents a significant relief for hundreds of people who struggle daily against economic limitations. The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude, highlighting how these items transform their daily routine and improve the living conditions of their families.<\/p>\n\n<p>This day is part of the social protection policies promoted by the current government administration, which seeks to strengthen the support network for the most vulnerable sectors of the national territory.
