This project, led by Mayor Francisco Pe\u00f1a, seeks to transform the environment of various communities through the strategic intervention of streets, sidewalks, curbs, and recreational spaces.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detail of urban interventions<\/h3>\n\n<p>The work plan includes a series of fundamental projects to improve mobility and the quality of life for the municipality&#8217;s residents. Among the areas that will benefit are:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>El Palmar de Herrera:<\/strong> Construction of Benigno M\u00e9ndez street and Escalones (Amor de Dios) street.<\/li><li><strong>Kilometer 13 of S\u00e1nchez Avenue:<\/strong> Reconstruction of Santa Teresita street.<\/li><li><strong>Loter\u00eda Sector (Hato Nuevo):<\/strong> Comprehensive intervention of streets 1 through 10.<\/li><li><strong>RIMAX Project:<\/strong> Improvements to Hermanas Mirabal, Profesor Juan Bosch, Francisco del Rosario S\u00e1nchez, Salom\u00e9 Ure\u00f1a, and Caonabo streets.<\/li><li><strong>Other areas:<\/strong> Targeted work in Pueblo Chico, San Miguel, and Bella Colina, including Esperanza and Sam\u00e1n streets.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>This investment is a direct response to the needs of our people. We are intervening in this phase in the sectors already mentioned, because our commitment from the Mayor&#8217;s Office is to guarantee lasting works, quality asphalt, better sidewalks, renovated parks, and dignified urban infrastructure. During the signing ceremony, the mayor was accompanied by Ingrid Genao, Director of Procurement and Contracting; Alexis Ferreras, Director of Public Works, and the general supervisor of works, Luc\u00eda de Rosa.<\/p>\n\n<p>The municipal institution has guaranteed a rigorous supervision system to ensure that each project is executed in accordance with what has been stipulated.
