Judicial authorities in Valverde province executed the arrest of a teacher, identified as Miguel Antonio Sol\u00eds \u00c1lvarez, who is accused of his alleged participation in a case of sexual assault against an eight-year-old child.<\/p>\n\n
The measure was possible following the issuance of Order number 672\/2026, handed down on August 24, 2026, by Judge Yiberty M. Polanco Herr\u00e1n, head of the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of said district. The court order was in response to a formal request filed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office following initial investigations.<\/p>\n\n
The capture operation was carried out by officers from the Specialized Division for Attention to Women and Intrafamily Violence (Deamvi), who proceeded to place the accused in the custody of the judicial system for the corresponding purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n
