It is essential that the population takes preventive measures to avoid heatstroke.<\/p><cite>Alofoke Deportes<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Given this scenario, meteorological authorities suggest:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ingest liquids constantly, preferably water.<\/li><li>Use light clothing and light colors.<\/li><li>Avoid direct exposure to sunlight during hours of greatest intensity.<\/li><li>Pay special attention to children, older adults, and pregnant women, who are the groups most vulnerable to high temperatures.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking Tropical Storm Dolly<\/h3>\n\n<p>Internationally, Indomet is monitoring the evolution of Tropical Storm Dolly.
