These weather conditions are the result of residual moisture following the passage of a tropical wave, added to the influence of the east wind.<\/p>\n\n<p>From the early hours of the morning, an increase in cloudiness is expected with isolated showers over the northeast coast. As the afternoon progresses, daytime heating will encourage the development of precipitation, concentrating mostly in the interior of the country.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Provinces under rain surveillance<\/h2>\n\n<p>Rainy activity is expected to be more notable towards the late afternoon and early evening hours in the following locations:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>North of Azua, San Juan and El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a.<\/li><li>South of La Vega and Santiago.<\/li><li>Monte Plata, Monse\u00f1or Nouel, Dajab\u00f3n and Santiago Rodr\u00edguez.<\/li><li>Northern areas of Santo Domingo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>For Greater Santo Domingo, including the National District and the municipalities of Santo Domingo Norte, Oeste, and Este, the forecast points to isolated clouds with occasional cloud increases throughout the day.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Maximum temperatures will remain high, ranging between 34 \u00b0C and 36 \u00b0C, while minimums will be between 24 \u00b0C and 26 \u00b0C. Citizens are urged to stay hydrated, wear light clothing, and limit direct sun exposure during peak radiation hours.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Active surveillance in the Atlantic<\/h2>\n\n<p>Beyond local conditions, Indomet maintains strict monitoring of a low-pressure area located hundreds of kilometers south-southwest of the Cape Verde Islands.
