This is another concerning example of how a professional athlete is exploited by a wealth management firm they trust.<\/p>Reshad Jones’ Lawyers<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nJones’s lawyers issued a statement on Thursday, calling the alleged theft “another worrying example of a professional athlete being exploited by a wealth management firm he trusted.”\n\nIn the statement, Chase Carlson and Jeff Sonn, Jones’ lawyers, explained that the person responsible was a vice president at Merrill Lynch, the investment management division of Bank of America, one of the world’s largest financial institutions.\n\nThey also reported that they have filed a lawsuit to hold Merrill Lynch accountable and are working to recover all damages suffered by their client.\n\nThe jail records show that Graham is incarcerated at the Paul Rein Detention Center in Pompano Beach, Florida, charged with first-degree grand theft. Graham, 49, also faces two counts of money laundering.\n\nAccording to the report, Williams has not yet been arrested for his involvement.\n\nReshad Jones played his entire 10-year NFL career with the Dolphins, being selected for the Pro Bowl in 2015 and 2017; his last season in the league was in 2019.
