The arrest was carried out in compliance with judicial order number 1872-2026-SAUT-00374, on charges related to the illicit theft of property and violation of various provisions of the Dominican Penal Code.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recovery of stolen assets<\/h3>\n\n<p>Following an exhaustive investigative effort, police officers managed to locate and recover a large quantity of items that had been reported stolen from a private property. Among the recovered goods are various essential construction elements and household furniture, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Doors and windows<\/li><li>Toilets and sinks<\/li><li>Appliances, including refrigerators and a washing machine<\/li><li>Furniture and bedding sets<\/li><li>Mattresses, lamps and fans<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modus operandi and voluntary surrender<\/h3>\n\n<p>The authorities determined that the detainee used digital platforms, specifically Marketplace, to offer and sell the stolen items.
