Through her social media, the young woman has accused the performer of having physically abused her, disseminating content that seeks to support her statements.<\/p>\n\n<p>Atkinson not only shared images that, according to her, document the injuries sustained, but also made public alleged message exchanges between the two. Among the posts, the model included photographs where they are seen in moments of closeness, accompanied by a direct warning to the artist&#8217;s circle, holding him responsible for any incident that could happen to her in the future.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Background and past controversies<\/h2>\n\n<p>This is not the first time that Ozuna&#8217;s name has been involved in legal situations with significant media impact. In the past, the singer was linked to an investigation related to the death of Kevin Fret, a young artist who lost his life in San Juan in January 2019 after being shot several times while riding his motorcycle.<\/p>\n\n<p>Back then, Fret&#8217;s mother, Hilda Rodr\u00edguez, publicly pointed to both the reggaeton artist and his management team, accusing them of being behind the incident.
