In a historic night for the sport, Dominican player Jassel P\u00e9rez was the offensive anchor who led the Vaqueros de Bayam\u00f3n to capture the title in Puerto Rico&#8217;s Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN), after defeating the Santeros de Aguada 81-74 in the seventh and decisive game of the final series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9rez, who has established himself as an offensive benchmark in the league, shone on the biggest stage by scoring 25 points, becoming his team&#8217;s top scorer and a key piece for the organization to reach its 18th championship in franchise history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A consecrating performance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The final series remained extremely competitive, forcing a seventh game after the Santeros de Aguada managed to even the score on multiple occasions.
