With a mix of experience, knowledge of the field, and iconic figures of the organization, the team seeks to consolidate its competitiveness on the diamond.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A luxury staff for the big team<\/h3>\n\n<p>The Aguilas management has opted for continuity and experience to lead their operations on the field. Joel Noboa remains a key piece by repeating in his role as bench coach. On the other hand, the figure of former outfielder Melky Cabrera stands out in the group, assuming a dual responsibility as assistant to the manager and technical guide for the outfielders.<\/p>\n\n<p>The pitching area presents a renewed approach under the guidance of Yunesky Maya, who assumes the role of pitching coach, with the support of Jos\u00e9 Zapata as assistant and Julio Valdez in bullpen management. This group has the fundamental mission of polishing the organization&#8217;s prospects to ensure long-term success.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The coaching staff structure reflects the \u00c1guilas&#8217; commitment to excellence, combining figures with extensive experience with a clear vision for development to win the LIDOM championship.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>The management of this development team will be led by Yovanny Cuevas as manager, accompanied by Anthony Dom\u00ednguez as assistant and Andr\u00e9s L\u00f3pez in pitching. In addition, a specialized support group, composed of Roddy Silverio, Domingo Asencio, Claudio Encarnaci\u00f3n, Juan Bautista and H\u00e9ctor Contreras, will be in charge of the daily batting practice routines.<\/p>\n\n<p>The \u00c1guilas Cibae\u00f1as are ready to begin their journey in the autumn-winter baseball season, with the official start of the tournament scheduled for next October 16th.
