The agreement was finalized in Fort Lauderdale, pending resolution of salary details.\n\nGittens joined Dortmund in 2020 as a youth player, coming from Manchester City, and made his first-team debut in 2022. He has played 107 matches for the German team in all competitions, scoring 17 goals.
