The tragic incident took place on the night of last December 9th. According to the testimony of his children, their 67-year-old father was heading to carry out his security duties at a water pumping station, where he had been working for three years. At that location, he was intercepted by two individuals who, after brutally beating him, robbed him of cash, a mobile phone, a flashlight, and a bladed weapon.<\/p>\n\n
The complainants assert that there is compelling evidence linking the defendants to the crime. Among the elements mentioned, the victim’s cell phone stands out, which is currently in the custody of the Prosecutor’s Office. Furthermore, they highlight that, before his passing, Espelitin Herm\u00f3genes himself managed to identify and point out his attackers to his loved ones.<\/p>\n\n

The family described Espelitin Herm\u00f3genes as an exemplary and hardworking man who, despite suffering from diabetes, maintained a firm commitment to his daily work.
