Under the slogan &#8220;Let&#8217;s Lift Colombia,&#8221; a group of historical figures and current stars of national soccer will gather for a charity match aimed at raising funds for the victims of the devastating earthquake that occurred on August 10th.<\/p>\n\n<p>The initiative, led by former defender Mario Yepes, has generated a massive response from the fans, managing to sell out tickets in less than 48 hours. The central objective is to provide tangible relief to the families and communities that lost their homes and livelihoods after the earthquake.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A display of stars on the court<\/h2>\n\n<p>The match will feature the participation of 36 prominent footballers who have left their mark on the history of the sport in the country. Among the confirmed names are:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Radamel Falcao Garc\u00eda and Carlos &#8220;el Pibe&#8221; Valderrama.<\/li>\n<li>Juan Guillermo Cuadrado and Camilo Z\u00fa\u00f1iga.<\/li>\n<li>Faryd Mondrag\u00f3n, \u00d3scar C\u00f3rdoba and Carlos S\u00e1nchez.<\/li>\n<li>Juan Pablo \u00c1ngel, Jackson Mart\u00ednez and Te\u00f3filo Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/li>\n<li>Giovanni Moreno, Macnelly Torres, Fabi\u00e1n Vargas and Fredy Guar\u00edn.<\/li>\n<li>John Javier &#8220;Choronta&#8221; Restrepo, Giovanni Hern\u00e1ndez, Cristian Zapata, Gerardo Bedoya and Carlos Vald\u00e9s, among others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>The technical management of the teams will be in charge of two icons of Colombian soccer: Francisco &#8220;Pacho&#8221; Maturana and Ren\u00e9 Higuita.
