Red Panda Recovers After WNBA Accident<\/h2>\n\nGood news for basketball fans. Red Panda, the acclaimed artist known for her impressive acrobatics on a unicycle, is preparing to return to action next season.\n\nThe incident occurred during halftime of the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup final game between the Indiana Fever and the Minnesota Lynx last Tuesday. Red Panda suffered a fall that resulted in a fracture in her left wrist.\n\nThe agency representing Red Panda, whose real name is Rong Niu, reported that the artist will need an additional consultation with an orthopedic surgeon.\n\nAfter the accident, Red Panda spent eleven hours in a Minneapolis hospital, accompanied at all times by Lynx staff, according to her agent, Patrick Figley. The Chinese-American acrobat went home to receive treatment and begin her recovery, which is estimated to take several months.\n\n\n

Caitlin Clark’s Message to Red Panda<\/a><\/p>\n\n\nThe fall occurred at the beginning of her performance, when Red Panda fell forward from her unicycle, which is approximately 2.4 meters high. She immediately grabbed her left wrist and was assisted to leave the court in a wheelchair before being taken by ambulance to the hospital.\n\nRed Panda comes from a family of acrobats and his act consists of riding a unicycle while balancing custom-made bowls on his lower leg, before throwing them onto his head.\n\nHe has participated in countless basketball events, including Game 5 of the NBA Finals last month in Oklahoma City.\n\n\n
