According to intelligence reports, V\u00e1squez was attempting to leave the national territory using the irregular route popularly known as the &#8220;Vuelta de M\u00e9xico&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details of the violent incident<\/h2>\n\n<p>The event that links &#8220;Brayita&#8221; to justice occurred on August 12, 2026, in the aforementioned sector of Santiago. In the altercation, the following people were struck by firearm projectiles:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Luis David Tejada Guerrero<\/li><li>Anyelo Alberto Can\u00f3 Tav\u00e1rez<\/li><li>A 17-year-old teenager<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Investigations remain active to clarify the motives behind the attack and determine if there are other accomplices involved in this act of violence that shocked the Cienfuegos community.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ongoing judicial process<\/h2>\n\n<p>After his capture, the detainee was transferred under strict security measures to the Santiago Palace of Justice. A prior judicial warrant had been issued for V\u00e1squez after he was declared in contempt by the competent authorities.<\/p>\n\n<p>Currently, the defendant is in legal custody while the standard procedures are completed.
