I&#8217;m having a hard time mentally. I&#8217;ve been saying it for a while since the Australian Open. I&#8217;m trying to find ways to get out of this hole, but I see that I can&#8217;t.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<cite>Alexander Zverev<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe tennis player added that he feels &#8220;empty&#8221; and that this situation is not limited to his sporting career.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t know, in general I feel alone in life, which is not nice.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<cite>Alexander Zverev<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nZverev revealed that he might consider therapy as an option to address his issues.\n\n&#8220;I&#8217;ve been through a lot of difficulties. Many bad times with the press, in life in general. I&#8217;ve never felt so empty. No joy in what I do. It&#8217;s not something related to tennis, I just don&#8217;t find joy outside of tennis either,&#8221; he affirmed.\n\nThe tennis player concluded by saying that, although the defeat was in the first round, tennis is not the main problem he is facing at the moment.\n\n\u201cIt&#8217;s another thing I have to fix. It&#8217;s difficult to talk about it because I don&#8217;t have an answer.
