This season, Painter has accumulated 57 strikeouts in 51 1\/3 innings pitched with the Class A Clearwater team and has made nine starts with the Triple-A Lehigh Valley team.\n\nPainter is scheduled to be the starting pitcher on Tuesday with Lehigh Valley. The Phillies were hoping he could debut in the Major Leagues after the All-Star break, if all went according to plan with his progress.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We&#8217;ll keep him on our plan. There&#8217;s nothing to indicate he&#8217;s going to come up here. He has to be healthy. He has to throw well.
