The capital city team is betting on continuity, while integrating strategic figures to strengthen its competitiveness on the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Continuity in the coaching staff<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The operational structure of the scarlets maintains key pieces that have been fundamental to the franchise&#8217;s recent successes. Ronny Paulino will continue at the helm as bench coach, while Jorge Mej\u00eda remains as hitting instructor and Hatuey Mendoza continues in charge of pitching.
