Through this approach, collaborators were encouraged to adopt an open and creative mindset when facing challenges, seeking innovative solutions that respond to market demands.<\/li><li><strong>Inspiring leadership:<\/strong> Carlos Escario closed the day by highlighting that true influence does not lie in hierarchy, but in service and example.
