The Dominican delegation, composed of the Ministers of Finance, Mag\u00edn D\u00edaz, and of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs (MICM), Yayo Sanz Lovat\u00f3n, stressed that the country possesses unbeatable conditions to lead in competitiveness. Among the highlighted factors are legal certainty, the stability of public policies, and robust air and maritime connectivity.<\/p>\n\n

Economic boost and logistical vision<\/h2>\n\n
During the event, the nation’s economic dynamism was highlighted, which recorded a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of 4.5% during the first half of the year, significantly exceeding the regional average. This performance supports the Government’s vision of advancing towards more efficient logistics integration.<\/p>\n\n
Minister Sanz Lovat\u00f3n emphasized the need to modernize customs and border systems. According to the official, the goal is to transition toward models that manage risks, share strategic information, and streamline legitimate trade exchange.<\/p>\n\n
